Point of View Lyrics

“Point of View” by DB Boulevard explores a yearning for happiness and escape through shifting perspective. The lyrics paint a picture of struggling circumstances – financial hardship, a broken car – yet immediately contrast this with an idealized vision where life becomes “easy” if one simply changes their outlook. The repeated phrase “in another way from another point of view” emphasizes the core message: happiness isn’t found in facing reality head-on, but by choosing to see things differently. The song evokes a feeling of wistful longing and gentle optimism, inviting the listener to join the narrator as they perceive vibrant beauty – birds, trees, flowers – transforming a bleak situation into something breathtakingly wonderful. Ultimately, Boulevard suggests that happiness is subjective and attainable through a conscious decision to reframe one's experience.
