Central Cee, born Oakley Neil H T Caesar-Su on June 4, 1998, is a British rapper and songwriter from Shepherd's Bush, London. Rising from the UK drill scene, he has become one of the most influential voices in modern British rap. Central Cee's musical journey began in his teenage years, freestyling with friends and uploading tracks to SoundCloud.
